Hi! So glad you’re here! My name is Stephanie and I’m a licensed massage therapist specializing in holistic therapeutic work. My goal is to make every massage unique to you. From first-timers to regulars you are welcome here! I strive to help you optimize your body and encourage a connection with the mind and spirit to live your life to the fullest. I have been working within my passion for therapeutic bodywork since 2022. My work is comprised of many techniques that I’m hopeful can work for you. From deep tissue, to trigger point, to myofascial release, each treatment will feel customized to your needs. My bachelors degree in Kinesiology allows me to understand the big ‘why’ when it comes to acute and chronic aches and pains. This knowledges gives me the opportunity to share the best post-massage exercises and stretches to get your body moving and feeling right. Cancellation Policy
If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms please let me know as soon as possible via text or call. Cancellation fee will be waived and you will be unable to book for 2 weeks after any illness. It is my priority to keep you, other clients, and myself as healthy as possible.
48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Less than 48 hour notice will lead to a 50% service charge.
Failure to show without notice within 10 min of appointment start time will result in a 100% service charge.
